"Top Five" Strengths

Adaptability- I live everyday to the fullest and with no regards for stuff. I take care of now and then look at the future later.
Competition- When it comes to working on assignments, playing on sports teams, or just any form of competition, I love to win. I always try to get the best scores, best wins, best overall performance, etc. THis is definitely me.
Individualization- THe friends that I have, I know really well. I have a special connection to them and thats is because I get to know them as an individual, not as a group of friends.
Command- I love to lead. I am a natural born leader and I like to express myself when i do find the time. When it comes to starting and leading a group, I have command.
Deliberative- This is very true of me. I dont like to put myself out there and keep private. Once I get to know you, I either like you or dont, yet i keep it to myself. I do have a counsel of friends when it comes to personal matters.

Jonathan's top 5 strengths seem as if they describe him pretty well. I have known jonathan for 4 years and personally i believe that command is one of his best strengths. He is a great leader, he knows what he needs to do to make a change. Individualization is also one of his best strengths, he would prefer to have a few amount of close friends rather than a lot of acquaintances.

jonathan i worte a HUGE thing and it erased it now i'm mad cuz it was REALLY good and took me a long time. Imma start over but sorry if its not so good...

So basically... I've known Jonathan for the last for years but have really gotten to knw him over the past 1 or 2. He seems to have described his strengths pretty well but I think there are some pretty important ones missing. He is a GREAT listener and really cares instead of just brushing you off like most. He also is very passionate about the things that mean the most to him... he puts a lot of time and effort into those things. I would also say that his relationship with God is a strength because its hard to be a good christian in the world we live in today but he does it and he does it well... ya hes not perfect but nobody is, but the imortant thing is that he really seeems to try.

the top 5 strengths that are posted on his blog really tell me alot about Jonathan. I've known him for 10 years and really closely for the past 4 years. I know he is a really good leader making him able to command and communicate with others. He tends to only have a few friends which makes him an individual and you tend to have him really close and he listens nad understands me.

Wow, I can say that after seeing your strengths (actually just after meeting you) you strengths are much like my older brothers. You have a strong personality and think logically and critically. You may often come across as cynical, but there are valuable things to having that a part of your personality. Every strength that is listed seems to perfectly describe who you are...even though I haven't known you for long.

I love the strengths that you have. They all seem similar in just how strong of a person you are. Each one of your strengths ties into leadership: the way that you can adapt to the situation that is before you, your competitive drive, obviously your command skills, how you individually get to know someone (who you are leading), and being deliberative by analyzing the risks and impacts your actions would be taking. I totally see these in you and hope you grow more in them. God bless.

One of my first impressions of you was of your strong personality and I think that most people would agree with me. With your command and competition strengths, you definitely have the kind of intense personality that draws people in and compels them to follow whatever source you are trying to lead them towards. I can also see the deliberative strength at work in your life, especially with how reserved you are in social settings. Your strengths are so powerful and they can be used for immense good if developed correctly.

Jonathan~
So i have only known you for a little while and i can already tell that these strengths describe you almost perfectly. You always seem totake control of situations and i knew the moment i met you that you were competitive and hated to loose at things. i could also tell that you were the type of person who either liked someone or despised them. Hopefully you like me :). But yes, these strengths are you!

Your strength that i see the most is delibrative. It is obvious through you actions and such that when you act it has a purpose and i think this is an awesome quality to have

Hey, so Jonathan I guess were pretty similar? Lol wow 4 out of 5 are the same, I woulda never guessed. Now that Ive gotten to know you a little better these strenghts have come to make more sense. We really havent been put in the situations together to portray some of these strengths yet but I can't wait until we can. I can understand completely how you feel about having more close friends then letting in a bunch of random acquaintances, im the same way and thats one strenght I could tell you had from the get go. Itll be interesting to see all of your strengths emerge as the year goes on!
